- First Step: Add Curriculum Courses
- Head office personnel add 'Curriculum Courses' (e.g., Class/Grade 1) in the Configuration Panel.
- Second Step: Add Subject Resources
- Head office personnel add 'Subject Resources' in the Configuration Panel.
- Third Step: Add Syllabus
- Head office personnel add syllabi for specific subjects within a curriculum in a hierarchical structure for topics and sub-topics in the Configuration Panel.
- Fourth Step: Attach Resources (For Admins)
- School admin users go to the Control Panel > Subject 2.0.
- Check the 'Attach Resources' checkbox.
- Select Subject: Dropdown with active values from 'Subject Resources.'
- Select Syllabus: Dropdown with active values from 'Subject Syllabus' based on the selected subject.
- Fifth Step: Admins and Teachers Workflow
- Admins:
- School admin users view Subject Resources in 'Courses & Batches' in the Campus Panel.
- School admin users add, edit, view, delete, and make discussions on 'Lesson Plan' in 'Courses & Batches' in the Campus Panel.
- School admin user’s overview, track, and mark the status of 'Syllabus' in 'Courses & Batches' in the Campus Panel.
- Teachers:
- Teachers view and manage 'Curriculum Resources' from the Muallam App.
- Teachers add, edit, view, and make discussions on 'Lesson Plan' from the Muallam App.
- Teacher’s overview, track, and mark the status of 'Syllabus' from the Muallam App.
